1. Services
Vertical Rock Climbing Morocco provides guided outdoor activities such as rock climbing, trekking, and mountain hiking in Tinghir, Morocco. All activities are subject to weather conditions and participant fitness.
2. Booking & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
Any additional costs (equipment rental, transfers, etc.) will be communicated before booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days may be charged partially or fully.
In case of unsafe weather or force majeure, the company reserves the right to reschedule or refund.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants must inform guides of any medical conditions.
Vertical Rock Climbing Morocco is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions.
5. Liability
We take safety seriously, but participation in outdoor adventure activities involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Vertical Rock Climbing Morocco. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
